The Lord has made known his salvation: Information for Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday
Dear Parishioners and Friends,
Lent is upon us!

Abstinence: Including every Friday in Lent, this means no meat may be consumed. Seafood, dairy, and eggs are permitted. The norms of abstinence are obligatory for Catholics above the age of 14.
